Meet Charlotte, Quality Administrator at The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Quality Administrator, Charlotte assists the quality manager with checks and internal audits, to ensure quality standards of the lab and health and safety requirements are maintained.

Charlotte joined the Leeds Central Genomics Laboratory as an administrator, booking in genetic tests and sharing reports with clinicians, and has worked her way up.

What motivates Charlotte is the ability to constantly learn.  She says:

I joined the NHS looking for opportunities to progress my career.  Working at Leeds has given me that and more.  I get satisfaction out of knowing that my work is helping people.  I also love living in Leeds.  Everything is in easy reach and I’ve been able to buy my own house.
